Typical Motors and Honda are increasing their electrical car partnership.
The automakers introduced programs Tuesday to co-develop a new line of very affordable EVs that will launch in 2027.
Honda is by now doing work with GM on battery advancement and the electrical Prologue compact SUV that is scheduled to go on sale in 2024.
Honda also owns a stake in GM’s Cruise autonomous vehicle division, which will offer self-driving taxis to Honda for use in Japan.
